General information related to caring for your piercing...
Your immune system is a large part of how your piercing heals. Making sure to be taking the appropriate medications, supplements, immune boosters can be helpful to your healing experience.
It is always best not to touch any piercing besides time of cleaning.
Sleeping on a cartilage piercing may lead to irritation, a change in piercing angle, issues with healing, etc. Please make use of travel pillows, or pillows with holes in the center to avoid sleeping directly on piercing.
Jewelry used in piercing is a certain size for safety, please consult with your piercer before purchasing jewelry of any other size to ensure proper fit.
For medical procedures such as X-rays, or MRIs it is best to wear a Bioplast, or glass retainer to maintain piercing site. However, these are to be worn for short periods of time, not long term, as this may lead to Irritation.
Do not remove jewelry and leave piercing "empty" for any amount of time as any piercing may close when left open for too long.
If you decide to stretch your ear piercings, please take your time, do not jump sizes, and use proper technique.
If your piercing were to become irritated, please contact your piercer right away,
